The Problem with Death

I’m hoping to do more narrative work someday soon and to prepare myself I’ve dabbled whenever possible over the years. I wanted to get the feel for writing/directing a straight-up dialogue driven scene between two actors and I came up with this short a few years ago called “The Problem with Death”. After being kicked out of our original location (the rooftop of a parking structure in downtown Long Beach) we were forced to cram ourselves into a dark stairwell to re-shoot the film with the remaining 2 hours we had left in the day. Here’s what came of the experiment. FYI – there are a few f-bombs and such so watch when the kiddies aren’t around.
